General Information
Check-In/Out: St. George Island is on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-outs are available for a fee of $15.00 plus tax an hour until 2:00 pm. After 2:00 pm is a full day rental charge.
Deposit: There is a mandatory deposit of $30.00 for remotes and phones. A $200.00 cash deposit per person is required for anyone renting a room that is 18 to 21 years of age, if not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Occupancy: All rates are for double occupancy, with a maximum of five (5) persons per room. There will be an additional charge of $10.00 plus tax for each additional person over the age of 15 per night. Children 14 and younger are free. We have cribs and rollaways available for $10.00 plus tax a night.
Pets: POSITIVELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Exceptions – Service animals. A charge of $50.00 plus tax and one night’s stay will be charged if a pet is discovered on the Buccaneer Inn property which includes the parking lots. You will be asked to leave the property and there will be no refund for the room charges. Management has the right to inspect any room if a pet is suspected in the room. Any damages to the room will be the responsibility of the registered guest.
Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include sales tax.
